He has successfully managed TynanGroup’s double-digit growth, leading to the firm’s recognition by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in America. Prior to TynanGroup, Mr. Odell was with a private accounting firm serving a broad spectrum of planning, audit, and tax clients. Stephen B. Schott | Principal

Mr. Schott brings strong experience with physician relations, partnership management and legal affairs to the MedBridge executive team. With over forty years of management experience across a variety of industries, he is a valuable resource to MedBridge’s Bay Area directors. In addition, he is the Founder and Managing Member of West Beach Investments, LLC, an investment, development, management, and consulting company. Ruth Loomer | Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Ms. Loomer mentors, guides and shapes MedBridge’s culture and people, ensuring that our staff has what they need to succeed. She oversees and manages MedBridges growing physician practice engagements, and lends her expertise to the leaders in the organization. Prior to MedBridge, Ms. Loomer spent ten years working in mid-level management for a national non-profit organization. Ms. Loomer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and a Master of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. rloomer@medbridge.md |
Chris Tormey, RN | Director of Clinical Operations

Mr. Tormey oversees all surgery center operations. He is responsible for achieving and maintaining Medicare and AAAHC certifications, as well as implementing new specialties. Prior to MedBridge, Mr. Tormey served in positions as director of nursing and administrator at a Bay Area surgery center, and previously worked in the mortgage industry. Mr. Tormey studied business at California State University Northridge, and holds a nursing degree through Ventura College School of Nursing. He and his wife volunteer with Operation Rainbow, a humanitarian organization which performs surgeries in impoverished regions of the world. ctormey@medbridge.md |
Don Erickson | Director of Development

As the Director of Development, Mr. Erickson oversees the development of MedBridge projects. He has extensive knowledge of OSHPD, DHS, Medicare, and Title 24 regulations and is responsible for the approval and construction of all MedBridge facilities built to date. Previously, Mr. Erickson worked as the General Manager of Islands Media and spent eighteen years with Parton & Edwards Construction. Mr. Erickson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Westmont College. |
